Scenario of Computer literacy and training in India.

In India only 32% of business in offices and organisations is done on computers whereas in the developed countries 93% offices and 69% homes are computer literate. Seing this major dearth of computer literacy many small time computer institutes have sprung up overnight to bridge the growing demand of computer literacy in India. But are all these institutes capable of providing education to the masses is the question ?
